Refund policy
Please read all the points listed below to avoid any confusion:
NAATU offers 7days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on www.gonaatu.in for three reasons within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Reasons for return/exchange may vary from:
- Manufacturing defected product
- Wrong Size/color delivered
- Sizing issue is subjected for exchange only.
Exchanges and returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery after that they will not be entertained.
Refunds are only applicable for incorrect order delivered from our end, we strictly don't do return/refunds for correct order delivered. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 200/- will be charged on the new exchange.
We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Because no refunds will be generated if we receive the products not in original condition.
If the product does not has any manufacturing defects or damages then the product will be eligible for exchanges only.
We will reverse pick up the shipment. Customers are requested to wait at least 7-10 days after picking up their order. after which the QC team will verify the validity of their claims and initiate the exchanges & refund. Exchange Orders will be shipped within 7 working days from the date we receive your product.
Once we receive your return, we will review the product and will credit the amount to you paid for the products excluding the shipping fee as refund to your requested bank account (If the product is found in its original condition). Please generate your return/exchange request by dropping a mail on Naatuofficial@gonaatu.in
You can exchange an item purchased for a new article if there was an error from our end while processing the order only. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
Note - We do not issue refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, typically ranging from 45 to 100 Rs., in case you decide to return a product.
If you return an order delivered to you for a non acceptable service claim then, original shipping charges will not be refunded plus an additional charges of Rs.200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Drop your return request email with order ID here: support@gonaatu.in. Refund will be generated to your bank accounts or wallets, processing generally takes 7-10 business days after receiving the shipment, hence it involves courier and inspection time. You can cancel your orders within 6 hours of placing an order for free, post 6 hours we will not take cancellation request.
PLEASE NOTE:
Must ensure to take a photo of the product and the reverse pickup executive together for smooth return experience.
Cancellation :
In case of Cancellation , our policy is applicable on unshipped orders. You can cancel the order and claim the payment until the product is shipped. After the order is dispatched, its not eligible for cancellation. Customized orders cannot be cancelled in any case.
